GRACE2 is not a static application - it is constantly growing and becoming more versatile. From time to time a client will identify a new feature that would be useful (often extremely so) that is not currently a part of the system and we add it at no extra cost to them. We see such feedback as essential to the success of our business and are continuously implementing features suggested by customers.

Being a hosted solution, any GRACE2 customisation, e.g. an added feature or function, done for one customer will be available to all customers through upgrades done on the central system so you'll be benefiting from the ideas of others all the time even if you don't personally have any requests.

Most clients require some amount of integration with their existing systems when we implement GRACE2 for their business and this typically also entails some amount of customisation of interfaces between systems. This customisation is also provided at no extra cost.
