Working with key personnel in the company, our implementation team extracted all necessary customer, supplier and product information from their legacy systems and put it together in a spreadsheet, ready for direct import to GRACE2. GRACE2 has a very flexible data import facility that not only allows import of data from spreadsheets but gives comprehensive warnings regarding possible problems with any data import before it gets imported, allowing you to make sure the data is clean before uploading.
